    I recently met the Signature Pools owners at a Noblemen Golf Tournament during a casual conversation. What struck me first is they never tried to sell me. That's a HUGE plus in my book. Rather, they listened to my concerns first and then suggested how they could help. A few weeks later (due to my schedule) they came out and answered some questions that could only be answered while looking at my pool and then did some maintenance work on a few things -- none of which I asked for. Sounds negative, but it's not. They saw some things that needed to be addressed that were small, but could have become HUGE issues. I was very thankful. They continue to help and will be engaged shortly in some storm damage due to a recent Nor'Easter. I'm a concerned or worried that it won't be taken care of propperly? Abosolutely not! I know that even if I'm not there it will be done correctly and on budget.

I'd recommend them to anyone that's looking for a pool or help with their current pool!

Ed went out of his way to show us one of his recently built pools which was really helpful in giving us ideas for design and optional features.  Once Signature Pools began the pool build, Ed was on site to ensure completion of a quality pool and that it was delivered on schedule.  Then to top off our experience, we were introduced to his wife Jessica who is a Pool Maintenance Queen / Guru.  Prior to getting concrete, Jessica stopped by to balance and clean our pool so my girls could swim right away.  Jessica came back after the concrete was poured and cleaned and balanced the pool again.  She also have us a very thorough 101 pool indoctrination and answered all our questions.  Ed & Jessica consistently provide great customer service by answering our text messages and calls promptly!  My family thanks you both for a great pool experence and an Awesome Pool!

We had  a pool installed by another company who is in the process of going out of business.  They walked away without completimg the job!  We were fortunate to find Jessica.  Every time we call, we get through to her!  She takes her time and answers all our questions.  When she tells you she will be at your home at a certain time and date, she will.  She is also very knowledgeable.  Our only regret is not knowing about her and her company before we had our pool built by an unreliable, untrustworthy, and out of business pool company.  They have my business for any repair or service work I may have in the future with our pool.  They are number one in customer service!

Building a pool for the first time is an experience.  I'm sure most pool owners can attest to it.  After a great deal of work installing the pool over the late winter to spring, we were down to the last mile---a cleaned pool that is ready to swim in.

That's when Signature made all the difference for us.  My experience with them has made a world of difference.  Not only did they respond, they were prompt, professional, and very interested in making sure we were comfortable with the many issues of owning and operating a pool.  "Little" things like backwashing, etc. were all covered in detail.

Their courteous service has been first rate across the board from minute one!  They frequently communicated with us----a true lost art these days!  We hear from them with follow-up calls, messages, and even text messages!

We had a new inground pool installed early in the spring last year.  We had never had a pool before and were very inexperienced with pool maintenance.  As questions arose, it became increasingly more difficult to obtain help from the pool company who did the installation.  Frustrated by the lack of customer service, we sought out a company that offered outstanding pool servicing and were customer friendly.  Signature Pools is who we contacted, and we have not been disappointed.  Jessica quickly winterized our pool, and when we recently had problems with our pump malfunctioning, Signature Pools provided exceptional service and stood by their word with costs, even though the pump had to be completely replaced.  We feel fortuante to have found Signature Pools and look forward to a year of really enjoying the pool.  Thank you!
